City of Berkeley, CAExterior Elevated Elements InspectionProgram(E3)
Catalysts LLC is under contract as owners representatives to the HOA for code compliance upgrades and project delivery services for two 8-unit 3-story timber framed condominiums in the city of Berkley California. This project is in response to the city of Berkley requirements for multi-unit buildings with Exterior Elevated Elements (E3) which are located more than six feet above adjacent grade, to implement the seismic structural upgrades of decks, walkways, stairwells and other public access areas. The project will involve design, engineering, planning approval, building permit issuance, estimating/bidding, scheduling, construction management, inspections and certification of compliance.
Miami International Airport
Cargo Facility
Catalysts LLC is negotiating project delivery services for a $60-$80 Million project pursuit with a private aviation partnership in Miami Florida at the Miami Dade Airport Department on the cargo terminal side of the airport operations. The project concept involves the design and construction of a cargo transfer facility warehouse building, 1 to 3 aircraft hardstands, heavy infrastructure, fueling hydrants and ground handling equipment in order to increase the cargo throughput and processing capacity.
