Catalysts LLC is negotiating project delivery services for a $45-$60 Million project pursuit with a private aviation partnership in Anchorage Alaska at the Ted Stevens Airport on the cargo terminal side of the airport operations. The project concept involves the design and construction of a cargo transfer facility warehouse building, 4 to 8 aircraft hardstands, heavy infrastructure, fueling hydrants, de-icing equipment, and ground handling equipment in order to increase the cargo throughput and processing capacity.

Catalysts LLC is negotiating project delivery services for a $60-$80 Million project pursuit with a private aviation partnership in Miami Florida at the Miami Dade Airport Department on the cargo terminal side of the airport operations. The project concept involves the design and construction of a cargo transfer facility warehouse building, 1 to 3 aircraft hardstands, heavy infrastructure, fueling hydrants and ground handling equipment in order to increase the cargo throughput and processing capacity.
