Catalysts LLC is negotiating project delivery services for a $90 Million project pursuit in Miami Florida at the Miami Dade Airport Department on the cargo terminal side of the airport operations. The project concept involves the design and construction of a cargo transfer facility warehouse building, 2 aircraft hardstands, heavy infrastructure, fueling hydrants and ground handling equipment in order to increase the cargo throughput and processing capacity.

Ted Stevens International Airport

Catalysts LLC is negotiating project delivery services for a $45-$60 Million project pursuit in Anchorage Alaska at the Ted Stevens Airport on the cargo terminal side of the airport operations. The project concept involves the design and construction of a cargo transfer facility warehouse building, 4 to 8 aircraft hardstands, heavy infrastructure, fueling hydrants, de-icing equipment, and ground handling equipment in order to increase the cargo throughput and processing capacity.
